Eco information system

Current EU requirements have stipulated an energy label for heating systems since 26 September 2015. These are known from televisions, refrigerators and other household appliances. Since 01.04.2017 this also applies to solid fuel boilers up to 70 kW and their combination with control technology and solar support as a compound system.

The HVAC sector and in particular the heating wholesalers are thus facing a major challenge. Already when preparing offers for heat generators, water heaters, storage tanks and compound systems, the customer receives information on the energy efficiency of the products offered in the form of a data sheet and an energy label.

In the simplest case of a system consisting of one component, this corresponds to the manufacturer's documentation. In the case of composite systems consisting of several components from different manufacturers, things become complicated. Extensive data research and complex calculations are required.

The XS-Öko-Infosystem bundles and automates these tasks. All required information is collected flexibly and made available individually.

Perfect data according to the ecodesign directive

Perfect data from product suppliers are important for the implementation of the ecodesign directive. Both complete systems and individual components must be maintained.

Suppliers make their data available in a self-service area. Suppliers maintain the necessary data for the energy labels independently in this area. This minimizes your data maintenance effort, but you can also upload assortments into the system independently.

Professional data validation

Provided data is automatically checked by the system and the supplier is requested to correct it. Standard templates for the various components (product categories) are already stored in the system.

Support for own brands

You can also store your own brands in the system.

The eco information system can be used in two ways. In a simple form the surfaces of the eco information system can be used by the customer. If a deep integration into the IT landscape and processes is desired, ERP or shop systems can also be connected to the eco information system via a surfaceless web service.

Generation of labels and product data sheets

Necessary labels are automatically generated by the system in the prescribed format. In addition to the energy labels, the required product data sheets are also generated for compound systems

We know the industry, the market partners and the software solutions and interfaces used. The system can be used on your side with minimal effort. The eco information system can also be used as a rental solution from the cloud

Ausblick auf die DQR 6.0

Die DQR 6.0 der Verbände ARGE Neue Medien, BVBS, DG Haustechnik und ZVSHK wird zwar erst zum 1.4.2020 gültig, aber es stehen schon die meisten Neuerungen fest.
  1. Auch bestellfähige Ersatzteile müssen in den Stammdaten enthalten sein.
  2. Die Angabe mehrerer Energieeffizienzklassen für einen Artikel (z. B. bei Wärmepumpen oder Kombiheizgeräten) wird ermöglicht. Eine Range für Energieeffizienzklassen je Artikel (z. B. Spiegelschränke) wird außerdem ermöglicht.
  3. Parallele Bereitstellung von ETIM 7 und ETIM 8 Klassifizierung wird ermöglicht.
  4. Aufnahme weiterer Zeichen (mathematischer Zeichen; U2200 - U22FF).
  5. Bereitstellung von Preisänderungen per Stammdaten muss 6 Wochen vor allgemeiner Marktgültigkeit erfolgen, Teuerungszuschläge werden nicht mehr akzeptiert.
  6. Übertragung strukturierter Gefahrstoffinformationen inkl. Sonderregelungen für Akkus und Batterien.
  7. Änderung Zubehörartikel: Die Artikelkennzeichnung, ob ein Zubehörartikel für die Verwendung des Produkts erforderlich ist, wird gestrichen.
  8. Die Prüfnummer in den historischen Produkten wird entfernt.
