As a wholesale office worker, you are constantly involved in preparing offers and calculations in your day-to-day work. It is important to be informed about the price development and validity of articles. For example, about future adjustments or information on the status of article validity.
With the Article History, you have the option of viewing information on articles and their history in the deep search of your XS Cloud. For each article in the article search query, you will receive a note on the validity and price development. In addition, you will find information on the historical works list price development in the article detail view. This means that in the detailed view, the price development of the article is displayed graphically by means of a diagram and you receive a tabular overview of the historically supplied prices.
The Article History thus makes it easier for you to view and understand article availability and price trends, so that you can better use and take these into account in your future quotations and calculations.
The image opposite shows the display of item information in the item search with the Article History. For each item in the item search query, you will receive a note on the validity - shown using the traffic light system style symbols - and the price development - shown using the arrow symbols.
In the article detail view, you will also find a diagram of the price development as well as a tabular view of the historically delivered prices.
The Article History thus makes it easier for you to view and understand article availability and price trends.
