As a wholesaler, you need data sheets to provide your customers with information about products. However, not all manufacturers upload a data sheet for their products or do not provide enough information. With Datasheet Creation in your XS Cloud, you can generate data sheets at the touch of a button, giving you the option of sending a data sheet for every product. This saves you time and personnel effort, because due to the high requirements of the DQR, data sheets are automatically generated with all the necessary information.
With Datasheet Creation, you can create the data sheet for the respective item in the item search on the item on demand.
As shown in the image on the left, you have the option of individually selecting which article content should be exported in the data sheet. You can select all content directly or click individually on the item information that is relevant for your data sheet. For example, you need a data sheet for a customer without prices. Then simply select all the relevant content except for the prices and you can export the data sheet directly as a PDF file and send it to your customer.
