BauDocs effectively supplies wholesalers and tradespeople in the HVAC and electrical sectors with construction documents and integrates them into all trade processes.

BauDocs is the solution for managing construction documents from manufacturers for tradespeople in the quotation and construction site process. With BauDocs, construction documents such as product data sheets, assembly instructions, circuit diagrams, maintenance instructions, care instructions, etc. can be made available to the tradesperson at article level in the relevant phase. There are three different phases in which different construction documents are relevant:

  1. Quotation phase - In the quotation phase, sales and article-specific documents are required, such as images, data sheets and certificates.

  2. Site preparation - During site preparation, documents such as assembly instructions, dimensional drawings and assembly videos are required.

  3. Construction site handover to customers - After completion of the construction site and for handover to the client, documents such as operating instructions, care instructions and spare parts lists are made available to the customer.

With BauDocs, manufacturers can check the completeness of the construction documents for their articles. The documents are assigned to the various phases and checked on an article-specific basis.

 

Wholesalers can integrate BauDocs into their existing software systems, such as the online store. This means that the manufacturer's quality-checked and complete data and construction documents are transferred and made available to office staff and tradespeople.

Tradespeople are thus given access to the complete construction documents, organized by phase, directly during the article search process in the wholesaler's online store. This means they no longer have to manually search for the relevant documents on the Internet and can use the time saved more wisely.
