With the new extension Document Deep Link on Open Datacheck SHK, you can create a link for your customers directly from the libraries, which can be used flexibly. File sizes and communication channels are no longer obstacles.

Office staff take care of the documentation and compilation of offer or even sales documents for colleagues. Documents that contain high-resolution images, for example, are often too large to be sent by e-mail. With the new Document Deep Link function, you have the simple option of sending links. Another advantage is that links can be sent not only by e-mail, but also by SMS, iMessage or WhatsApp. The office staff can generate and send a link directly on the corresponding document. Anyone can access the link and open and download the document. The deep link works as long as the document is available in the library. If the document is deleted, the deep link becomes unusable accordingly.

 

 

This is not only helpful for office staff of wholesalers, but also for craftsmen who use e.g. libraries in the wholesale online store. As a craftsman, you can, for example, send your marketing and sales documents to your customers via Open Datacheck Document Deep Link and these in turn to the end customer.
