With Open Datacheck Elektro, you can use the BauDocs integration to provide wholesalers and thus the trade with specific construction documents for your products.

Customers will not order products without images, data sheets and instructions. This is because tradespeople need different information about the products during different construction phases.

If a tradesperson does not have assembly instructions or dimensional drawings for an article, for example, they can neither plan the construction process efficiently nor assemble the article properly. If documents are missing or incomplete, they will decide against the article and fall back on a product that has been provided with all the necessary information and documents.

With Open Datacheck Elektro, you have a central location from which you can automatically and sustainably supply wholesalers with the required data and documents. The BauDocs widget within the Deep Search provides you with targeted support in determining the documents required for your articles for each construction phase.

 

The great advantage of this is that the requirements for construction documents are issued on an article-specific basis. For example, different documents are required for a ceiling light than for a socket outlet. Data gaps are therefore presented transparently and you, as the manufacturer, receive direct identification of missing documents as well as an overview of the relevance of the data in the various construction processes. Your quality-checked and complete construction documents are then made available to wholesalers.
