With Omni Channel Stream, you as a manufacturer have only one central location where you need to maintain your master data and from which you can generate the export for all your desired channels.

The last post was about the importance of product data and the automatic and central data distribution via Omni Channel Stream. Now it's time to clarify how central product data distribution to different channels works with Omni Channel Stream.

You want to export your product data to different wholesalers and also countries. But the different wholesalers and export markets need the product data in different formats to transfer your product data to the existing systems. This is required due to different languages, regulations, classifications etc.

On the Omni Channel Stream platform, you as a manufacturer have the possibility to upload different data packages, e.g. product data for the latest DQR 9.0 or data packages according to European standards such as FAB-DIS from France.

Omni Channel Stream always contains the latest data standards for checking, which automatically ensures that you always deliver your product data in accordance with the latest guidelines. In the upload area of the data packages, additional Excel templates are stored for you, which are adapted to the currently required standards of the countries. After the upload, the data package is checked for correctness and completeness. Following the successful check, the product data is then forwarded to the respective channels fully automatically.

In addition, you have a holistic overview of your uploaded data packages on the platform. You can check the current status of your data package at any time and also download and view data packages that have already been released.

This means Omni Channel Stream is a product master data platform that gives you a centralized view of your data quality and an overview of your channels and latest data deliveries. With Omni Channel Stream, data distribution for e-commerce is simplified and new target markets and wholesalers can also be developed.
