More than just an article search tool in your XS Cloud

As a wholesaler, you want to offer your customers and sales employees a centralised and fast information search for your articles. With the Deep Search article search, you have the option of searching through all articles and data content published in your XS Cloud. The basic version of Deep Search consists of three different areas. Firstly, the article search, in which you can search for articles - all information from the article master data is displayed. Secondly, the library, where all marketing and sales documents can be found. And thirdly, the Download area, in which all exports of the released data and marketing and sales documents are available.

In the Deep Search, filters can be used in addition to entering a search term or article number. The filter function allows you to refine your search by selecting specific manufacturers, categories such as plumbing, heating and electrical, ETIM classes, product groups or a price range. Your search is then carried out in the shortest possible time across millions of data records to show you the articles that match.

In addition to detailed information on the article, the article detail view also contains information on the ETIM classification. The class to which the article has been assigned and the corresponding characteristics and values are only visible. For example, a shower tray is assigned to the ETIM class ‘Shower tray (EC011443)’. The corresponding characteristics such as length, colour, design etc. are then displayed in the item detail view with the corresponding values and ETIM codes. This gives you a perfect overview of the properties and features of the article according to the ETIM standard.
