New IDS Connect interface 2.5. supports searches in the online store

With the new version of the IDS Connect interface developed by the BVBS, DG Haustechnik and ZVSHK associations and now made available, products can be researched in the wholesalers' online store using the craftsmen's software and transferred to this software.

This makes it possible for the craftsman to access all product data information in the wholesale systems and to use it efficiently for his processes, e.g. quotations or construction site preparation. 

Together with the Open Masterdata Standard, a complete replacement of DATANORM in favor of a perfect on-demand master data supply is now possible. A number of wholesalers and software houses in the skilled trades have already begun implementation.
