PDF Document Quality Guideline for Open Datacheck

Marketing and sales documents belong to the cross-product documents and are distributed by manufacturers to wholesalers via Open Datacheck for sales support. Via Open Datacheck, these PDF documents are then made available to wholesalers fully automatically in the store for the trade or internal systems.

The objective of the PDF Document Quality Guideline Data Quality Guideline is in particular to ensure fully automated usability in wholesale systems. It covers not only sales documents, but also construction documents such as assembly or care instructions. This creates a fully automated distribution channel for PDF documents for almost all HVAC wholesalers.
