With XD Cloud Customer, the entire document exchange is now digital and automated. The trade business creates its orders electronically, which are sent directly to the wholesaler in standardized ODX format. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, the business receives a digital order confirmation and later the invoice. The structured XML data contained in the invoice enables automatic assignment to the corresponding orders and delivery bills in the tradesman's ERP system. At the same time, the PDF file contains a visual representation that enables manual checking.
