As a wholesaler or purchasing cooperation, you are faced with the challenge of managing extensive product master data as well as marketing and sales documents such as product catalogues and price lists from your affiliated manufacturers centrally and in a target group-oriented manner. Different access rights make efficient, centralised data management difficult. Trade customers, sales employees and end consumers each have individual requirements when it comes to accessing and using product data and documents.
Not all of your target groups should have unrestricted access to all data and documents. For example, your trade customers need technical information, but do not need access to sales documents such as price lists. Your office staff, on the other hand, need these price lists for their daily work. You also need a separate channel for training documents, for example, which should only be accessible to your employees.
With XS Channel Management, you have the option of defining and managing channels with different content such as product data or marketing and sales documents. This means that each relevant sales channel can be provided with the right content and information in a target group-orientated manner. The channels can be customised or expanded at any time.
You can specify in advance whether product master data or marketing and sales documents should be displayed and available in the channel.
You can activate or deactivate various channel extensions via channel management. The extension options include modules such as XS Clipping or XS Document Deep Link.
Deep SearchThe various channels are displayed as individual tabs within Deep Search. The standard channels ‘Articles’, ‘Library’ and ‘Download’ are predefined. Any number of additional channels can also be created.
Use of all XS Cloud content
You can use all product data and documents from all manufacturers from your XS Cloud to create or fill a channel.
Up-to-date
Up-to-date product data as well as marketing and sales documents are made available on demand in a target group-optimised manner.
Single point of information
You have the option of centrally defining and managing various target group-optimised channels in your XS Cloud.
Rules/document selection
Selection of restrictions and rules in channel management to determine which languages, sales levels etc. should be available in the channel.
Target group optimisation
Only channels that are visible to the accessing user can be displayed. To do this, the channel must either be defined as a standard channel or the accessing user must be assigned to the channel.
Channel functions
Additional channel functions can be selected in Channel Management, such as top brands or downloads.
