The XS Supplier Portal is a supplier portal that enables you to procure quality-checked product data from your suppliers in the XS Cloud. Product data for your procurement goods can be uploaded by the supplier or transmitted automatically via individual access. After the data has been transmitted, it is quality-checked and the supplier receives immediate feedback. If certain basic requirements for the data are not met, it is rejected and must be resubmitted. The additional scorecard function gives suppliers an overview of the quality of their delivered product data at any time.
The portal offers extensive configuration options and additional functions, allowing solutions for a wide range of use cases to be configured quickly and cost-effectively.
