New: Digitization of the counter process

With the new Open Document Exchange (ODX) standard, order confirmations and delivery bills for goods procured at the pick-up counter can be transmitted digitally to the trade software. A PDF document is sent to the trade software, which also contains structured data in an XML structure so that documents can be automatically assigned to projects or orders at the trade. The outdated DATANORM can now be replaced by modern communication processes between the trade software and the wholesale system and made significantly more efficient. Depending on certain use cases - such as creating a quotation, supplying mobile systems with up-to-date product data or obtaining current prices for an inventory - product data can now always be kept up to date. This means that large Datanorm files no longer have to be imported on a monthly basis, but are updated during the ongoing business process. In addition, a significantly greater depth of data can be used than with DATANORM, e.g. marketing texts, images, logistical information or documents for construction sites or end users.
