Parallel to the ODX counter processes, the recording or assignment of various information via a QR code was also standardized.

Now, during the pickup process of goods at the counter, information such as customer numbers, names of the craftsman employee, order / commission numbers as well as many references can be communicated to the wholesaler via this QR code so that they can be used in invoices and delivery bills. This enables the craftsman to later assign deliveries and invoices to projects.

In addition to this automated solution, which requires an appropriate scanner at the wholesale counter, the relevant information can also be output in plain text and then entered manually.

This creates major rationalization benefits because time-consuming manual office work is no longer required.
