In your XS Cloud, you are faced with a multitude of article options from various manufacturers. It can be difficult to decide on the right article immediately and to find it again later. The Article List solves this problem by providing a personal collection where you can store potential articles and export them at any time. You can compile the lists individually with articles from a wide range of manufacturers from the Deep Search. Subsequently, the Article List offers you the possibility of an individual export. You can export the saved articles in various formats, for example, to share them with others or use them offline. This makes the process even more flexible and efficient.
Article lists can be exported in seven different formats or industry standards, such as DQR 8.0 Excel or PDF.
All users with the required permissions can create and export item lists.

Create directly in the Deep Search
Article lists can be created in the Deep Search and articles can be added directly. It is also possible to add an entire search space to an article list.
Individual export scope
You can define which data contents (or columns in the Excel table) should be exported. The last export configuration of the data fields is saved automatically.
Manufacturer independent Article Lists
Products from different manufacturers or an entire search area of up to 100 hits can be added to the article list.
Generate multiple article lists
Up to 5 different article lists can be created and saved per user.
Use your own Templates
You can create your own templates to easily select them from an article list and then export the predefined data fields. Up to 5 different templates can be created and saved per user.
Export formats
Article Lists can be exported in the following formats or industry standards DATANORM, DQR 8.0 Excel, DQR 8.0 XML, GAEB XML, GAEB 90, ÖNORM and PDF.
