Open Masterdata Projekt zwischen Handwerk und Großhandel startet

Das vor mehr als 30 Jahren entstandene DATANORM entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen an digitale Prozesse zwischen den Marktpartnern. In einer Welt explodierender Stammdatenvolumina ist insbesondere eine On Demand Datenversorgung unabdingbar.

Mit der Konzeption von Open Masterdata On Demand haben der Bundesverband Bausoftware (BVBS) sowie die SHK Branchenverbände DG-Haustechnik und ZVSHK den Grundstein für ein leistungsfähiges Produktdatenmanagement auf Basis einer zeitgemäßen, branchenübergreifend und international nutzbaren Kommunikationslösung gelegt. 

In einer gemeinsamen Sitzung Mitte Juni haben die Vertreter der Verbände die weiteren fachlichen Details abgestimmt. So wurde unter anderem entschieden, dass die Bereitstellung der entsprechenden Endpunkte über den Prozessverzeichnisdienst SHK-Connect erfolgen soll. Zahlreiche Händler nutzen den Dienst bereits seit Jahren erfolgreich zur Bereitstellung ihrer DATANORM Daten.

Nach Schaffung aller technischen Voraussetzungen und Sicherstellung entsprechender Datengrundlagen soll der Pilotbetrieb in Q4 2019 starten. Großhandelsseitig werden die Unternehmen Elmer, GC-Gruppe, Pietsch, Schmidt-Gruppe und Wiedemann am Pilotbetrieb teilnehmen, auf der Seite der Handwerkssoftwarehäuser u. a. Blue Solution, Label Software, Moser.
